All products are guaranteed?

Of course! We are convinced that the quality of all our products will be to your liking, but we also offer a 2-year guarantee for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage (drops, bumps, breakages, etc.), or those caused by improper use of the product. Can I return a product?

Yes, you have a maximum of 14 calendar days to return the product, without giving any explanation. To do this, you can contact us at to tell you how to proceed. The product to be returned must be in perfect condition and without use, otherwise we do not guarantee that the return can be authorized. The amount to be refunded will be that corresponding to the sale price of the product. The return costs will be assumed entirely by the customer.
