AGB NANNA FOLK
Nanna Folk is a trademark belonging to the NAOLA DESIGN, S.L. group, hereinafter Nanna Folk. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Web site. www.nannafolk.com ownership of NAOLA DESIGN with C.I.F. B-85281566 and registered office at Calle Félix Candela no 77 in Madrid, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid in volume 25039, book 0, of section 8 of the Companies Book, page M450921, Folio 98, as well as the services and products offered by Nanna Folk on its website.
NANNA FOLK offers this website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the Web site or using the Web site's services or applications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Access to the website does not require the registration of Users. However, in order to contract any of the services offered by Nanna Folk will require registration of the User and acceptance of these conditions before formalizing payment.
Through the Web site NAOLA offers to the Users jewelry of the brand of its property NANNA FOLK.
These Naola Terms and Conditions described below define the rights and obligations of both parties under the Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the website (without prejudice to the fact that for certain services there may be particular conditions) and to the contracting of orders through the website and replace any other conditions, except with prior written agreement between Naola and the User.
2. User Data
In order to acquire the products offered through the Website it will not be necessary for the User to register on the Website, if he so wishes, registration will be made through the registration form available on the Website.
The User shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data and information provided and for restricting access to his/her computer and access codes in order to avoid possible unauthorised uses.
In the event that the User has reason to believe that his/her data has been brought to the attention of a third party, or if these have been used in an unauthorised manner, or are likely to be so, he/she must notify this situation immediately.
It will be the User's obligation to check that their data are correct and complete and to inform NAOLA when there is any variation and/or modification in the information provided in the purchase process.
3. Orders and conditions of sale
To place orders through the Web Site, the User must provide a series of data prior to contracting, through the purchase form, and which will be necessary to manage your purchase order.
Nanna Folk makes national and international shipments (see shipments)
4. Price, payment method and discount codes
Once the data of the form is completed, the User must proceed to the payment of the order through the means of payment specified on the Website.
After the payment has been made, the User will receive an e-mail confirming the order, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the shipping method requested and the destination address.
If at the time of payment there is an incident that prevents payment, the user will receive an automatic payment error message and your order will not be processed until the payment process is completed successfully.
The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and shipping and handling costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of final confirmation of each order.
All prices shown are final prices, expressly including Value Added Tax (VAT), without prejudice to the fact that the user will at all times have detailed information on the price of the product.
Nanna Folk may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. Such discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified with respect to each code, and in any case Users may only use one code per order.
The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal 6.1. Returns due to production defects.
The User may return to NANNA FOLK, free of charge, any product with a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the products contracted, the User will have a period of one month from the date of
knowledge of the lack of conformity of the product to communicate to NANNA FOLK its lack of conformity with the same. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.
The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them, will not involve any additional cost to the user.
To formalize the return, the User must contact NANNA FOLK within the period of one month by e-mail to the following address administración@naola.es indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects found in them.
Once NAOLA has received the User's communication, it will inform the User within 3-5 working days whether or not to return the product. In the event of a return, the User will be informed of the way in which the defective product is collected or sent to their offices/warehouses.
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -where appropriate-, documentation and original accessory items that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, NANNA FOLK reserves the right to refuse the return.
In the event that for reasons of lack of stock could not proceed to send another product of identical characteristics, the User may choose to terminate the contract (ie, the return of amounts paid) or request the sending of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product of identical characteristics or of the new model that the User chooses, as the case may be, will take place within the next 3-5 working days from the date on which NANNA FOLK confirmed to the User the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.
The substitution, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional expenses for the User.
The return will be made in the same way as the payment was made.
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with
the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, will have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.
Exceptions: The return or exchange period for orders placed from November 27 to January 6 is up to January 30, or one month from the date of delivery if later
The user may return the entire order or, if he prefers, may return any of the products that make up the total order and all without any penalty and without having to indicate the reasons.
However, the User shall be responsible for the direct cost of return to NANNA FOLK, whether you return the order in full or if you decide to return only some of the products in the order.
To formalize the return, you must send an email to the following email address administración@naola.es. Once this communication has been received, you will be given the address and you will be able to choose the delivery method of your choice.
Nanna Folk is not responsible for the courier company that the user contracts for the return of the order. In this sense, the User is recommended to require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the address indicated, so that the User is aware that the product has been delivered correctly.
The costs of returning the order (e.g. shipping costs via courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -where appropriate-, documentation and original accessory items that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this manner or if the product has
suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that Nanna Folk may refuse the return.
Once Nanna Folk receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, it will proceed to return all amounts paid by the User.
If the User decides to return the order, Nanna Folk will return to the User all the amounts paid by the User (except shipping costs).
The term of the refund of the amount paid shall not exceed 14 calendar days from the date the User decided to terminate the contract.
7. Product Change Policy
In the event that the customer wants to make a product change, you should contact Nanna Folk at the email address email@example.com where you will receive precise instructions.
8.- Use of the Web Site
Use of the Website for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with criminal offences or unlawful activities of any kind is not permitted.
It is also forbidden to send, use or reuse illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or threatening material of any kind, or that involves a violation of intellectual property rights, trademarks, confidentiality, privacy or any other right, or is otherwise injurious or objectionable to third parties, or whose content contains computer viruses, political propaganda, advertising content, chain letters, mass mailings or any other type of "spam" and, in general, any unnecessary annoyance or inconvenience.
The User undertakes to make lawful, diligent, honest and correct use of any information or content accessed either through the Web Site or third party Websites accessed through links on the Web Site, and all under the principles of good faith and with respect at all times to the law and these Terms and Conditions.
Likewise, the User undertakes not to maliciously or intentionally cause damage or harm that may undermine, alter the Website itself or introduce or spread computer viruses that may produce unauthorized alterations of the contents or systems making up the Website.
Nanna Folk reserves the right to deny access to the Website or even cancel orders to Users who misuse the contents and / or fail to comply with any of the conditions that appear in this document.
9. Intellectual or Industrial Property
The intellectual property rights of the site -==- Proudly Presentsfolk.com, its source code, design, navigation structures and the different elements contained therein are the property of NANNA FOLK, who is entitled to the exclusive exercise of the rights of exploitation of the same in any form and especially the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in accordance with Spanish and European legislation applicable.
NANNA FOLK informs that it does not grant any licence or express or implicit authorisation regarding intellectual and/or industrial property rights or any other right or property related, directly or indirectly, to the contents included in the Website. Reproduction of all or part of the contents of the Website, even by hyperlink, without the express written consent of Nanna Folk is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of these contents will give rise to legally established responsibilities.
11. Partial invalidity
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed in accordance with the spirit of these Terms and Conditions.
All communications between NANNA FOLK and the User regarding the contracting of orders through the Website will be made in writing and in accordance with the communication procedures established in these Terms and Conditions for each particular case.
17. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, submit themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's place of residence.
In addition, under the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the settlement of consumer disputes onlineIn the event of a dispute, the User residing in the European Union may resort to the "Online Platform for Conflict Resolution" developed by the European Commission in order to try to resolve out of court any dispute arising from the provision of services by NANNA FOLK.

In any case, it is made clear to the User that he has a Claim Form through which you can make any complaint or claim in relation to the services provided by NANNA FOLK.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAW 15/11/2019
1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION
The company Naola design, s.l with address at C/Félix Candela no 77 and identified with the number B85281566 organizes the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be developed through Internet, exclusive for users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.
The draw will take place in the Instagram profile of the brand Nanna Folk, belonging to the group Naola design,S.L.
The purpose of this draw is to reward the loyalty of the followers of the brand.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on November 15, 2019 at 11.00 am and will end on November 22 at 11.00 am.
3.- REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
The requirements for participation will be as follows:
Those who reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age may participate.
Only those Participants who are holders of an Instagram account may participate.
Participants must comment on the publication of the brand in the social network Instagram labeling 2 friends during the period of participation.
4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
The winner will be chosen randomly via the Easypromos platform. The winner will be announced on November 22 through the social profiles of the brand
The prize will consist of a voucher of 100 € to be spent at www.nannafolk.com The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be exchanged or altered. The voucher may not be used to redeem items for any type of discount.
The holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to the tax regulations in force.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is evident that any of the Participants does not comply with the requirements demanded in the Bases, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will
be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all right over the prizes granted by virtue of this Promotion.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, injurious or discriminatory or which could infringe the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Nor shall comments be permitted against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and self-image. We shall not be liable for any damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, which at any time may offend the sensitivity of other Participants.
The participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications may not infringe under any circumstances the Community Rules of Instagram nor the Conditions
of Use of Instagram.
7.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Without limitation, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, delay or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the Participant's use of the prize he obtains from this Promotion.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could impede the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations, each participant by accepting these Legal Basis consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file, owned by it, for the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and publicising its results, and processing the awarding of the prize.

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of Promotion Participants.
The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is developed.
10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases shall be governed by the law of Spain. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these bases.
